We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Please Contact Us to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.
How to Return & Refund
- Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
- Once we have approved your request, you will be sent aninstructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our prior knowledgewill not be accepted. Please send your item(s) using local post within 30 days from receiving the return form.
- When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
- Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
* We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
* We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping time and fee
This refers to the time from the warehouse to your address. It depends on the shipping company and shipping condition. We provide different shipping company and they charge in different price.

7-12 days for delivery to the U.S；
7-14 days for delivery to Australia；
7-15 days for delivery to Canada；
7-13 daysfor delivery to Italy；
6-9 days for delivery to Germany；
7-12 days for delivery to other countries.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Shipping confirmation and delivery
You will receive a shipment confirmation encluding a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can check the shipping on relative shipping company websites. Once the order is shipped, it won't be cancelled. Please confirm your products before shipped out. If you want to change the shipping address, contact us in time.
